Use this form to schedule an Irlen pre-screening (AN EXCLUSIVE SERVICE ONLY OFFERED BY US), full Irlen screening, introductory Emotion Code session, full Belief & Body Code session or to ask questions.
Irlen Screenings are done in person in Flatbush, Brooklyn. 
The Pre-screening is history & questions part of the screening, which can be done by phone or video call. It is $95, which is applied toward the cost of complete screening.
Belief, Body & Emotion Code sessions can be done in- person or on Zoom.  You will get a video recording plus notes of the session.
We offer a need-based fee program or a payment plan option for the complete screening and full Body Code session, upon request. Discounted rate if two or more people are screened. Sunday appointments available.
