When thoughts or situations stress you or cause negative feelings, think about and trace the magnets as shown in the sketch below (you can leave them right in their bag), touching the skin, from between the eyes, up the forehead to the hair, straight back down the center of the head, then down the back of the head to where the neck starts. Repeat until you feel better. Help others with them too!
